Before there was TanDak Plumbing, there was TanDak Builders—a company founded by Wayne Wesson, a skilled builder who believed in hard work, craftsmanship, and family values. He named the company after his kids, Tanner and Dakota (so no, the name’s not a typo—we promise). Funny enough, Tanner didn’t even realize what the name stood for until much later—talk about a family surprise! From an early age, Tanner was immersed in an environment where fixing things wasn’t just a skill—it was a way of life. If something broke, you didn’t call a repairman; you rolled up your sleeves and figured it out. Tanner naturally gravitated toward plumbing, fascinated by the complexity of water systems and the problem-solving it required. He pursued professional training, earned his Master Plumbing License, and launched T&C Plumbing, a business that quickly became known for its expertise, integrity, and customer-first approach. For years, he built T&C Plumbing into a thriving, trusted business, serving homes and businesses across the area. Then, on March 9, 2024, Tanner decided to sell T&C Plumbing. Why? Because sometimes, even plumbers know when it’s time to let something go and start fresh. And while selling a successful company might seem like an end, for Tanner, it was just another step in the journey. But let’s be real—walking away from plumbing wouldn’t last long.

After selling T&C Plumbing, Tanner teamed up with his wife, Alysha, to launch Jiffy Cleans, a professional cleaning service dedicated to providing top-quality home and business cleaning. While Jiffy Cleans took off, Tanner found himself itching to get back to his true passion—plumbing. Cleaning was great, but let’s face it: once a plumber, always a plumber. So, what did he do? He knew it was time to bring the family name back into the game—with TanDak Plumbing. Unlike his previous plumbing company, TanDak Plumbing isn’t just a business—it’s a family legacy.
